Climate change is recognized as a priority challenge that humanity is facing in the 21st century and some of its consequences – like increased frequency and intensity of natural hazards – are already being felt.
The goal of the competition is to provide young people with different backgrounds, to address global problems and find solutions through the development level of knowledge in Climate Change.
JUDGING CRITERIA:
Primary consideration will be given to the Essay's originality and its contribution to new knowledge, insights and concerted action in Climate Change Adaptation on both locally and nationally levels and internationally so. The procurement of services is different from buying products, and whilst much of the process is the same, it has been noted by the Aberdeen Group that “services purchases represent one of the largest and largely untapped opportunities for cost savings within organisations.” A UK Government report has also noted that:
