The dual eligible population is comprised of two main categories: people over age 65 and people with disabilities under age 65. When combined, dual eligibles consists of more than nine million medically complex people which accounts for more than 35% of Medicaid spending. With healthcare expenditures increasing at an alarming pace across the board, managing the care (and finances) for duals is now more important than ever.

IRR is proud to announce the inaugural D.U.A.L.S. Forum, where the most health plan experts gather to share insight into lessons they've learned while building successful dual eligibles programming.
