Following the huge success of our sold out Delivering Consumer Directed Aged Care Conference in May, we are pleased to announce the highly anticipated 2nd instalment in our Consumer Directed Care conference series – Navigating the Complexities of Consumer Directed Care will take place on the 28th and 29th August in Sydney. This conference will equip you with strategies to effectively implement consumer directed care in your organisation. Specially, the focus will be on demystifying uncertainty around the CDC roll out and how to meet the federal government’s guidelines. With all aged care packages becoming consumer directed by 2015, this conference will examine the complexities of this transition and how to successfully manage dual systems in the interim.
Under CDC, both HACCs and RACs will need to adopt responsive and adaptive methods of delivery in order to diversify their services and remain competitive.
