We're pleased to announce that Mr Arthur Reijnhart, General Manager for Alternative Energy & Fuels Development Strategy, Shell, will be giving the opening presentation at this year's Biofuels International conference to be held at the Ramada Plaza in Antwerp 11-12 September.
