The Canadian Institute's 6th Annual Managing Risk in Construction Contracts

Develop Your Action Plan to Mitigate Risk in Your Construction Projects and Increase Profitability

Construction Projects are a high-risk endeavor from start to finish. Understanding and managing risks at all stages of the project is key to protecting your organization and maximizing profits. Risks that are not effectively identified and mitigated result in project delays, cost overruns and litigation – which will all take a toll on your profit margins.

Join us on November 26–27, 2013 in Edmonton at The Canadian Institute’s 6th Annual Managing Risk in Construction Contracts and gain the practical tools and strategies you require to maximize the opportunities offered by successful contract risk management.

This year’s program has been refreshed to provide you with guidance on how to mitigate risk at all stages of the process – from bidding through the last change order.
