HSE was once thought of as an unattractive cost to a project, now attention to those issues is considered critical. Companies now realize that high HSE standards and practices are part of an efficient operation and part of doing good business, growing evidence also exists that shows that companies with the highest HSE standards also provide excellent financial returns.
Studies indicate that up to 98% of all accidents are attributable to some degree to human failures, hence focus of the agenda this year will be looking at the regulatory role in HSE, top management role in HSE, personal role in HSE, cultural and behavior role in HSE etc. The agenda will be packed with in-depth real life case studies of ongoing and completed projects, keynote presentations and interactive panel discussions.
