PROJECT V - the pursuit of sporting and business excellence through the execution of marginal gains. The recognition that the team will outperform the individual.

We have created a corporate team challenge which takes teams on a three month journey, creating an environment that is engaging, challenging and rewarding.

The ultimate cycling experience, supported by performance coaches lead by Project V Performance Advisor Shane Sutton OBE, Technical Director at British Cycling.

The event is limited to 40 teams and these are sold on first-come, first-served basis.

Project V's five pillars:

I. Strategy
We provide you with advice on setting your strategy and building your squad, all complemented with online technical videos and content.

II. Recruit and train
Online expert coaching insight led by Project V Performance Advisor Shane Sutton OBE to help companies build towards selecting their final squads.

III. Train to race
The specifically tailored training day will take place on a closed-road circuit venue in London. The sessions will be delivered by Project V’s training provider, .001sport. These sessions will be conducted in small groups, and will focus on race skills, riding and race time formation, cornering skills, and start/finish practice.

IV. Race day
Exhilarating race day experience, taking on a high speed pursuit on the closed roads of Canary Wharf:
. 8 riders per team racing against the clock
. 2 teams racing at one time
. 4 laps of the 1km closed road circuit
. Up to 40 teams; 20 qualifying races
. Exclusive networking opportunities

V. Evaluation and analysis
Our team of experts will support you during the performance review process, and help you go through your and your competitor’s data objectively. Understanding and reviewing the marginal gains that deliver performance is crucial for continued performance.
