We live in a fast paced world full of convenience and processed foods where it’s not always easy to maintain a healthy balanced diet. Join us over 6 Monday nights and we'll teach you some of the basics of good health achieved through better nutrition, so that you feel empowered to make healthier food choices for you and your family.
The course will cover;
Super Foods Essential Vitamins,
Mineral and Fatty Acids Probiotics and Digestion
Water and Detoxification
Eating for your Body Type with an Ayurveda Diet
Foods to help improve your energy levels and boost your immunity
Foods to assist your nervous system and help combat stress
Foods to improve skin problems
Disease prevention through healthy eating habits
Be introduced to Pacific Harvests range of Seaweed products with some great samples and recipes to try at home
Our experience teacher will guide you towards making healthy food choices that will suit your life style.
