Second Annual SIC Startup Pitch Night


The Stamford Innovation Center (stamfordicenter.com) is joining forces with the Angel Investor Forum for the Second Annual Pitch Night. The event will feature a pitch competition and will present awards to the CEOs of two of the outstanding startups in Fairfield County.

The Angel Investor Forum will judge the startup pitches, which will be no longer than 5 minutes in length. 1st prize will be $1000. 2nd prize will be $500.

All regional startups are welcome to request admission to the pitch competition. The submission form for the pitch competition is available at http://bit.ly/SIC-AIF-PitchNight.

Deadline for Pitch Contest Submissions is Midnight on Friday 1/30.

In addition, two awards will be presented to the CEOs of Fairfield County Startups.

The John Mackie Brown Award for the hardest working startup leader (Ned Gannon of eBrevia won in 2014)
The Abraham Davenport Light a Candle award for the most fearless leader of a startup. (Dick O'Hare of LocalYokel won in 2014)
Nominations for the John Mackie Brown award and the Abraham Davenport Award should be sent to team Stamfordicenter.com with any supporting documentation.
