Developing Change Agents - Mississauga Workshop

Join Richard Batchelor for this 2 day workshop gives you the tools, techniques and know-how to be a successful agent for change. It will include a mixture of practical exercises, real life discussions and opportunities to personalise the learning experience to suit your own needs. This workshop will be particularly beneficial for those who have recently been asked to undertake a change agent role as part of their normal duties or need to develop a culture of change readiness within their organization.You will learn:

The challenge of change, how it effects people and how they react;
Why change happens and what that means for change agents;
Consider what is your personal role as a change agent;
Provide tools, techniques and real life cases to prepare you to be a successful leader, advocate and agent of change.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Please bring one piece of photo identification with you. 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The venue is best accessed via transit,  King Subway station is a 3 minute walk away and Toronto Union Station is a 10 minute walk away. There are numerous parking lots in the area, but pricing is reflective of a downtown metropolitan venue in a major city.  

What can/can't I bring to the event?
There are no restrictions on what you may bring. Please note that workbooks and supporting documents will be available for each attendee.
