The 3rd event is happening!  To celebrate the beginning of Spring, I will prepare for you a complete 3 course menu that is fresh, full of colors... An explosion of taste! Starter: Broccoli and scampi Cream served with Scampi tails Main Course: Homemade Gravlax, Fresh Salmon Tartar served with a Mint and Coriander Bulgur Salad Dessert: Colorful Fruit Carpaccio served with crème anglaise and a hint of Maple Syrup.
