When should I book my room at Hotel Mazarin?

IMMEDIATELY! Only Sunday and Monday night rooms are blocked. If you'd like to extend your stay to the weekend prior or beyond the conference, we advise to reserve asap as the Frech Quarter is a popular destination and rooms will likely sell out very quickly.

What are my transport options getting to the event?
You may pre-book a round-trip airport shuttle service or private car service at a special rate for guests of the New Orleans Hotel Collection.

What is the ticket refund/transfer policy?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event you are unable to use your purchased iRetreat 2015 pass, you may use it for iRetreat 2016 for a $50 transfer fee. This request must be made no later than March 15, 2015. It may only be transferred in the same name as the original purchase. Cancelled registrations are not eligible to receive conference materials.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
