The Key Factors to Build a Productive Team

Date: 22-Apr-15 to 23-Apr-15
Location: Sydney / Sydney / Australia
Category: Education

This training will provide you incredible tools in relation to the key components that will allow you to build and maintain a productive, stable, safe and easy to manage team.

Every business owner and executive has the same situations where they are not sure exactly who they should bring into their organisation or not sure who it is who is really contributing and is behind the scenes that look good but it actually a little bit destructive. Like in any profession we need to know how to use our tools, machine and process but there is not so much useful information regarding people.

Having the right team members that will work towards achieving their part of the organisation’s strategy is the major difference between successful and average organisations. In fact, the first step of quality control is how candidates are screened to ensure they will add to the propulsion of the organisation towards its targets.

Second to this is having the ability to quickly know how to keep a team member's attention directed once they are deployed. This training will provide you a new set of tools and a new language, the language of production, goal attainment and achievement.

This training is Part 1 of the Build Your Team training. Those who attend this special training are able to complete the full program by attending Part 2 on 24th and 25th April in Sydney. The training can still be attended as a standalone training on the 23rd April where you will gain incredible knowledge and tools to apply to your business and recruitment.

Performia's purpose is to help organisations increase their staff productivity beyond expectations, and always attract, build, and maintain a Productive, Safe, and Easy to Manage Team.
