Take a Culinary Adventure around the regions of Italy, letting our Chefs be your guide. Start your evening off with our Chef-prepared Antipasto. Then, work side-by-side with our Chefs as you learn how to make Tomato-Basil Bruschetta with homemade Crostini, Grilled Steak Salad with an authentic Caesar Dressing, and Seared Shrimp and Scallops with Farfalle in a Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce. Then, sit at the Chef’s Table with your date and fellow classmates to enjoy the fruits of your labor! For dessert, our Chefs have prepared Lemon Gelato with Blood Orange Sauce.
