OAKLAND: SPANISH ServSafe® Food Manager Cert Training + Exam

This is an 5 hour instructor led class followed by a 2 hour, 90 question exam session. For the Exam Only, arrive no later than 2:30. This is the Manager Certification with ANSI accredited material and examination provided and created by the National Restaurant Association and presented by A Training Company.
A 22 page Study Guide is included with registrations. Along with the study guide, all students will need to bring a photo ID with them to class. For those taking the online version of the exam, they will need to bring a tablet or notebook.
Results are available in about 10 business days with the pen and paper version of the exam. Test results are immediate with online version of the exam.

Q: Can I pay the day of the class?
A: Yes, you may pay the day of the class. There will be $20 added to your fee on the day of the training. You must preregister on our website at www.atrainingcompany.com and select "Pay the day of the class" as your payment option during the checkout process. 
Q: What if I fail the exam?
A: If you fail the exam, you may retake the exam at our special retest rate of $99. You will need to re-register for another class. The first fail, you may retake the exam immediatly. 
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: ATC allows for one reschedule if done 7 days in advance of the class. Anthing afer that time is subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, payable a the time of the rebooking. No shows on the day of the class may be subject to forfeiture of any fees paid. Although there are no refunds given once registered for a class, you may transfer a paid seat registration to another student at any time before the class.
