A day of seaside foraging and wild-food cooking on the coast at Flag Creek, Brightlingsea. Discover the hidden treasures of the Essex Saltings - marsh samphire, sea aster, sea purslane, sea wormwood and more. On the coastal grasslands find wild carrot, salsify, wild chervil and black mustard. In the field kitchen learn how to prepare and cook these ingredients and eat a gourmet meal prepared from our foraging finds. 
Includes foraged lunch, foraging guide, foraging calendar, goody bag of prepared wild foods worth min. £10.
