Australian Utility Week is the region’s largest conference and exhibition for energy retailers, distributors and water utilities focusing on the latest approaches, technologies and solutions to improve electricity and water networks’ efficiency in a cost-efficient, environmentally and customer friendly way. It has a long history in Smart Metering, Smart Grid strategies, and Billing/CRM. Energy retailers, distributors and water utilities will meet to exchange ideas on evolving business models, innovative technologies and project experiences as well as evaluating (joint) cooperation opportunities and new synergies between the electric and water utility industries. The event is a one-stop-shop for regional utilities looking for the best strategies and solutions for making their utility operations more reliable, efficient and, ultimately, customer friendly.

This year, we are dedicated to help promote Smart Grid architecture in both the electrical and water space, and related hot issues such as smart sensor management, customer engagement, residential solar and storage and the impacts of these changes on utility business models.
