About the Event Join the HERO USA Crew for the MONTHLY Water Sports Weekend fundraiser at Wakeopolis, just 20 minutes outside of Dublin! Wakeopolis is a 4-acre private lake with crystal blue waters located in Marysville, OH. It features a cable pulley system that pulls people back and forth on a wakeboard. Wakeopolis resident instructors will be offering wakeboard instruction. No power boats necessary.
This is the perfect environment for beginners to learn and experts to hone in on their skills. The HERO USA crew will be on site with our fleet of canoes and kayaks. Stand up paddleboards and swimming activities will also be available for use throughout the day. No paddling experience necessary! ACA certified instructors will be on site offering instruction in a safe, fun environment. Equipment (boats, boards, paddles, and personal flotation devices/life vests) will be provided by HERO USA and their partners.
Activity Fee There is a participation cost of only $20 (per adult) and $10 (per child 13 and under) for general admission. All participants, Adults and Children, *must* pre-register online, so we know how many people to expect.
Wakeboarding and Stand Up Paddle Boarding Because of the limited number of stand up paddle boards and wakeboard sessions, reservation signups for these activities will be handled on-site at the registration table. We recommend arriving early, as these reservations will be first come first serve. There MAY be a nominal fee in addition to the general admission ticket for these activities, since they are in high demand with limited availability.
This is an all ages event that will run from 9 AM to 5 PM at a participation cost of only $20 if you register online (per adult) and $10 (per child 13 and under). Tickets will be $25 (per adult) and $10 (per child) on-site the day of the event.
