34th Meeting of the European Society for Paediatric Infectious Diseases
Date: | 10-May-16 to 14-May-16 |
Location: | The Brighton Centre / United Kingdom |
Category: | Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals Conferences & Trade Fairs |
Join thousands of clinicians, researchers, residents, and students at ESPID 2016. Bringing together experts and generalists in paediatric infection, immunology, public health and epidemiology we hope the programme will be exciting and educational, generating cross-thematic discussion and debate.
In 2016 we have refreshed the format to ensure time for scientific discussion and networking. Throughout the keynote lectures, symposia, educational workshops and meet-the-professor sessions, all sessions will be limited to 90 minutes with innovations in web and IT for your benefit. We hope no one will need to photograph material on site as more content including slidesets and posters will be available in real time through the meeting app.
ESPID 2016 will include plenary talks from Nobel laureates and international experts, intermixed with the best submitted abstracts. We hope you will consider submission of your best work for presentation in any of the planned meeting symposia themes.
Brighton is a delightful seaside town with an intimate feel and a character all its own. A short train ride from London’s Gatwick airport brings you into the town centre and within walking distance of your accommodation, the congress centre and the sea front. Brighton is easy to reach from all parts of Europe and the world, and provides a fantastic venue for our “walking ESPID” where all city accommodation is within 15 minutes walk of the conference centre. We hope the weather will smile on us so you can enjoy the fantastic beach (with free wifi) and bohemian atmosphere of one of the UK’s most enjoyable seaside towns.
We look forward to seeing you in Brighton next May
