Liquid Learning is delighted to present the Women in Leadership Northern Territory Summit 2015 - the premier opportunity for talented and high potential women to develop the skills necessary to lead effectively and achieve success.
In comparison to the rest of Australia, the Northern Territory has made significant progress towards increasing the representation of women in leadership positions. Women make up 44% of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly, and hold 43% of the senior management positions of the Northern Territory Public Service. However there is still progress to be made in many areas of the business community, and it is important to celebrate women’s achievements and provide positive female role models for aspiring leaders.
The Women in Leadership Northern Territory Summit 2015 will provide an exceptional platform for women to continue to refine and cultivate the unique skills required to progress to the senior leadership level. The outstanding speaker faculty will share their experiences of overcoming challenges, seizing opportunities and reaching senior leadership positions.
Focusing on building leadership capability and developing the key skills for success, the Summit will be a networking and professional development opportunity not to be missed.
