The Ultimate Fitness Battle


This heavyweight battle will showcase both Jared and Angela’s favorite advanced exercises as they try and top one another to deliver the most insane beach workout EVER! Each trainer will bring their unique teaching style & personality to make this incredibly intense, athletic, technical, and super sweaty workout FUN! Like… Really freakin’ FUN!
WORKOUT DETAILS: Join Jared & Angela on the sand in sunny Santa Monica as they take you through three battle rounds in only 45 minutes. In this workout you will survive a 15 minute cardio explosion. You’ll face your fears, test your deepest strength, and cut to the core of what you are really made of. ROUND 1: 15 Mins Cardio - Plyometrics - Agility ROUND 2: 15 Mins Strength - Upper - Lower - Weighted - Body Weight ROUND 3: 15 Mins Core - Abs - Back I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious. SUPPLIES: Mat or towel. Light set of hand weights. Ladies 3-8 pounds. Fellas 5-12 pounds.

LOCATION: Santa Monica Beach.  Parking Lot 8 (810 Pacific Coast Hwy) is right next to the Jonathan Club, which is located at PCH and the Santa Monica incline. Lot 8 North is NORTH of the Santa Monica Incline. Basically, if Montana Ave went right into the ocean, that is where Lot 8 North would be. Lot 8 is located on the PCH, which is below Palisades Park. Palisades Park is commonly referred to as "the bluffs" because it is directly above the PCH.
Parking: You may part in Lot 8 North. Or park near Montana Ave & Ocean Ave (meters and free street parking), and walk down the stairs at Montana Ave & Ocean Ave, and head to the sand. Regardless of where you park be sure you arrive with plenty of time to BEGIN the workout at 9am.
REQUIREMENTS: You must be heart healthy. Currently exercise 2-3x/wk. Must own all the supplies listed above.
