Learn the secrets of great Indian cookery, and how to prepare a feast fit for an Indian wedding.

You will be in good hands for your demonstration day. Our founder and celebrated author, Kaushy Patel, will be joined by Minal, our Head Chef and former mentee of Gordon Ramsay.

Your demonstration day starts with a welcome cup of ginger tea, where you will meet Kaushy & Minal and be briefed on the dishes you will see made during the day.

Then, it's into the kitchen, where you can watch the dishes being prepared, find out the real chef's tricks of the trade, how spices work together... all set in a real restaurant kitchen. This is a great chance to see 2 top chefs in action and ask plenty of questions.

Fenugreek Leaf & Banana Bhaji
Bataka Vada : Lemon & Corriander potatoe Balls
Renghan Lilva : Aubergine & Indian broad bean curry
Bombay Bataka – Tamarind infused potato curry
Mungh Dhal Kichdi Yellow Lentyl Rice
Khudi – Spiced Yoghurt Soup
Kakadhi Raitu – Cucumber Raita
Methi Safarjan – Fenugreek & Apple pickle
Rava Na Sehro – Toasted Semolina

Throughout the day, there will be plenty of opportunities to retire to the restaurant, sample the dishes and make notes about the dishes you want to make at home.

During an excellent lunch, Kaushy will guide you through life in a Gujurati village, the heritage behind the recipes and the role of food in Indian culture.

Then, after a busy day, every attendee is given a copy of our recipe book, a take away meal for one, plus a sample pack of our homemade Garam Masala.
