You'll get personal, hands-on attention within a small group class. You'll have exercises adapted for any particular issues you have. You'll be getting results in a safe, caring, friendly, fun environment.

Classes take place every week on Saturdays from 10.30-11.30 am by Wandsworth Common in Balham.

Classes also take place on Wednesdays 7.30pm and Thursdays 11.15am.
