n this 2 hour course, beginners and enthusiasts will learn the basics of making sushi with fresh ingredients. Its not all raw fish so don't fret; our Cook and Eat Chef instructors will guide you through all you need to know and you'll leave with bags of tips to stay healthy on Sushi and Sashimi. This is a very popular course so book early to avoid disappointment.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All attendees must be 16 or over.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There's plenty of parking in the surrounding area. The training kitchen for this session is located at the Food Tech Room at Prendergast Vale College , Elmira Street, London SE13 7BN and the nearest station is Lewisham DLR which is 3 minutes from the venue.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You may bring a well loved kitchen Apron although your ticket price does include a lovely cook and eat Apron.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
