P90X Live at Hooked on Fitness


P90X LIVE is a total body, cardio, and strength training class that uses body weight, as well as, dumbbells, weight plates, and resistance tubing. The class follows a sequence of blocks that together hit cardio, lower body strength, upper body strength, and core. Each class begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down making the workout complete and well-rounded.
