Strategic HR leadership workshop

SHRM organizes a workshop on the evolving HR strategies of the last ten years, for the senior HR leaders with over 15-20 years of experience. The workshop will be conducted by Todd Brodie, an expert in strategic leadership. During the three day workshop Mr. Todd Brodie, global HR and leadership Development consultant, will discuss human resource management from both strategic and consultative perspectives. The 3 day workshop will be a blended learning experience with a wide variety of simulations, case studies, role plays, experience sharing and networking to strengthen in-depth understanding. This comprehensive program aims to build the HR-muscle of aligning business strategy and talent as well as close the gap between HR development and proficiency in delivering organizational goals and objectives.
