Business Analyst Certification training CBAP CCAP by an IIBA EEP - MCAL
TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS
• This 4-day BA training program (two back-to-back weekends) is designed to provide detailed understanding of the role & responsibilities of a Business Analyst in waterfall / agile projects using IIBA®-BABOK®.
• This program adopts experiential learning methodology ensuring that concepts are well balanced with hands on exercises using case studies.
• The course introduces participants to 6 BA Knowledge Areas, BA tools & techniques, fundamentals of agile / Scrum, hands on exercises on requirements modelling software, BA best practices and CCBA® / CBAP® certification preparation.
• The program provides 32 Professional Development Hours (PDH) to participants. These PDHs are a pre-requisite for CCBA® or CBAP®.
• Participants are also made aware of all the eligibility criteria and tips / tricks to clear the certification exams.
• The program will be followed by two online sessions spread over one month after the training to connect with the trainer for discussing any queries regarding various BA exercises and CCBA® / CBAP® certification preparation.
