Craftworks aims to teach learners how to make beautiful craft items to sell. Seven week course, Mondays from 18 January - 7 March 2016, 1.30pm -5 at Tesco Community Room, Huntingdon Tesco Extra, Huntingdon Road, Abbots Ripton. The practical element of the course provides a non-threatening platform to teach learners how to set up a business. Throughout the five weeks we explore a range of art and business ideas including colour theory, the design cycle, business plans, marketing and selling online. The course is free and when the items are sold the profit goes back to the individual with the aim to reinvest in their own enterprise.
The workshops run on Mondays 1.30pm- 5pm.
