This unique four day event will gather 30+ experts from companies such as Danone, AXA, Maersk Line, Ericsson, Telekom Austria Group, Saudi Telecom. The two main conference days will focus on turning the Corporate University into an efficient learning organisation. In the form of roundtable discussions and experience sharing sessions, attendees will reveal what are the innovations and trends in corporate universities in 2016 and beyond, discover how to keep their employees motivated to learn, figure out proving the value of corporate learning, listen how to redefine corporate learning and much more! The pre-summit full-day workshop will be devoted to enhancing corporate university performance. Participants will have the opportunity to visit IT academy at ING on the last event day.
