It is our goal to get everyone who “attends” the monthly meeting to create even more success. The group allows time for everyone to present their deals, share their experiences, offer their services and gain knowledge. Let’s do some deals and make some $$$.

We are looking for a few sponsors who would like a table at the monthly meeting. Contact me if interested.

Format:

6:30 – Registration

7:00 – sharing of deals, services, etc

7:30 – Dinner

8:00 – Speakers

9:30 – end of session. – we encourage you to network and make connections. The meeting is to establish connections. The meeting after the meeting is where business gets done.

1. Wholesalers – Please bring your deals and present them

2. Rehabbers - Find your deals and funding.

3. Lenders – Connect with rehabbers (if you are a lender and don’t want to be public with that info – we have been connecting lenders confidentially with rehabbers. Contact me and we will make the connection for rehabber & deal.

4. Realtors, attorneys, insurance agents, closing companies, contractors, etc. – connect with investors.
