We start on Friday morning and it don't stop until Sunday evening.
We are a family event throughout the weekend. There is something for EVERYONE. Friday and Saturday nights are filled with 21 and over events. Sunday is kid's day, 12 and under free with a paid adult. Keep an eye out for our exclusive VIP events.

What hotels are available?
The Antlers (host hotel) has agreed to GalaxyFest pricing for the weekend. Pricing is discounted and includes numerous amenities. Go to http://galaxyfest.org/hotels for more information and to make reservations.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Park in the garage of the Antlers, get your ticket stamped and receive FREE parking for the event. Alternate parking is available in public parking garages and on city streets. Parking garages are VERY reasonable. http://en.parkopedia.com/parking/colorado_springs/. Oversize parking available, contact Antlers for details.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
For a more complete answer see FAQ on our website. In summary, weapons must be of cosplay nature and not real. All weapons will be checked, tagged and rendored safe by our security. Yes, it's Colorado, but cannibis is regulated by numerous city and state laws, be sure you know these laws!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes and No. Your Eventbrite ticket will come to you via your email. There is a bar code that can be scanned for admittance to the event. If you have a smart phone and can access your email with the bar code, you do not need a hard copy.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. Each bar code and registration is unique.
