About this Training workshop:
Students will gain hands-on experience building a P6 schedule from scratch, updating and monitoring the schedule, & generating reports. We will also explore more in-depth topics that include user defined fields, global change, earned value analysis, duration types, importing and exporting projects, and percent complete types. 

Seyi Kuks will have you have you complete a series of workshops on Introduction to the user interface and how to plan projects without resources, using Filters and layouts, printing, setting your baselines and updating an un-resourced project schedule.  The final series of workshop includes creating and assigning roles and resources, controlling projects with resources and costs, setting up and administering a database plus advanced features.
You will receive the training workshops, Primavera P6 book and Primavera P6 v 16 standalone for download.
