AfricStyle Initiatives founded in 2014 aims to educate, empower and promote African culture in its entirety from food, fashion, entertainment, health and wellness while bringing people from all walks of life together to network and build a United front.
As an Ambassador for AfricStyle, I am excited to share with you this wonderful opportunity. AfricStyle Fashion show is celebrating its fourth year (February 4th, 2017) in the Metro and every year’s event gets bigger and better. 2017's event is being held at Richland Northeast High School: 7500 Brookfield Road, Columbia SC 29223. Time 4pm to 8pm.
This is a time where people from around the world come to celebrate each other, overlooking our differences in color, race, religion and background. We invite your company, community, congregation, group, to be part of this extraordinary event in 2017. During this celebration there is a fashion show, drumming dancing, tasting of African dishes, exhibition of local talents, vendors display, and many more. We bring out Columbia's finest in business, organizations, community etc
Each year AfricStyle initiatives picks a need in the community to bring light and aid. 2017 we are starting our year by honoring a deserving woman who is a domestic violence survivor and advocate. By honoring her, we are having a personal items drive that will be donated to a shelter locally. We ask that all our attendance and audience help us make it possible to stock a women's shelter.
