improving sustainability concept in developing countries

This conference aims to enhance and carefully maneuver through the many roles of sustainable architecture in improving the quality of life and the built environment in developing countries. It seeks to, initially, reduce the negative impact of buildings and, secondly, to conserve energy and enhance the ecology. Both can be achieved through the use of sustainable building materials, saving energy, and using renewable energy, and many more implementations.

Another approach to sustainable development is through the use of energy performance simulations within the design process or afterwards to evaluate the performance of a building to a city. This topic is quite vast and thus will be discussed thoroughly during the conference after which new and innovative approaches are to be found in order to evolve our built environment and develop communities in a sustainable manner.
