UX-PM 1 is part of a 3 level training program developed by the UXalliance, the world’s first network of leading UX companies, designed for digital product, marketing, and project managers.
After this first level of training, participants will be able to:
-Understand key UX concepts, methods, misconceptions and challenges
-Understand the benefits of a UX approach
-Be familiar with UX tools and methods
-Learn methods to integrate user experience into digital projects and become a UX ambassador in their organisation
Who is this course for?
Those who want to better understand UX and/or how to integrate UX activities into their projects, IT and digital managers including product owners, account managers, product managers, project managers, marketing managers. There is no prerequisite apart from a curiosity for the subject.

Our trainers are senior practitioners with more than 15 years of real world expertise delivering UX and design projects, on global scale. With backgrounds at Apple, eBay, NatWest and BT, they now work with Sutherland’s world class client list in technology, media, retail and travel.
